On The Bench: 1967 Chevrolet C-10 Long Bed on Custom Chassis

Getting underway is the first of a couple custom Greenlight Chevrolet C-10 trucks using the new brass chassis. This one is a 1967 from the hobby exclusives line. As I mentioned in the previous post this chassis is a direct detailed replacement for the original stock chassis and does require several modifications to the truck body to accept the chassis. The chassis mounts to the body using 0-80 brass screws. The majority of the cutting is done and the truck is mocked up on a set of 26” scale rims. It still needs some paint for the chassis and some more work in the engine compartment. Look for this to be completed and up for sale in the products section in the near future.
